30-Day Quality Issue Returns
If your product has a quality defect, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Contact us first at david@orioners.com. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return conditions:
Item unused, in original condition & packaging
Proof of purchase provided
Partial refunds may apply if the damage is not due to our error.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
You pay return shipping.
Original shipping fee (usually $8 USD) is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
High-Value Items ($99+)
Use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.
