Rest assured, we handle customs clearance and cover import taxes for most countries – no additional fees on your end. If your country requires the recipient to handle customs, please proceed with the necessary steps on your own.

Shipping Address Notice:
Please avoid using P.O. Box addresses whenever possible, as some carriers may not deliver to them. A physical street address is preferred to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

For Kickstarter Pre-order Products:
If your order includes items that are part of a Kickstarter campaign, please note that these products will be shipped according to the Kickstarter production schedule. They are not subject to the standard shipping timeframes above. We will keep you updated on production progress and estimated shipping dates.
